Mother tongue

This is perhaps the first and indeed biggest joke of the year, just read the telugu wishes in the pic i have posted this was captured by me on 08/01/10 this was found in front of a gate of chemical industry thru which many employees passed daily but it seems no one found out mistake or no one cared about .... this is the best example how people make blunders with the language, and how meanings change with the mistakes in writing ...,
Its a shame and insult to the language... which is said to be our mother tongue
Is it now treated as desha bhaashalandu telugu lessa or (less aaa ) ?...
